This was one of those "fun" and "attractive" fragments that WWE did only for giggles. Anyway when you consider it, this was wrong on such a variety of levels.
A group of ladies pushing a clueless lady into the showers and lifting her skirt up? At that point progressing to beat her rear end and spill water over her? It's marginal posse attack! Layla had just barely joined the WWE, so probably this was simply a fun approach to welcome her.
